Job Summary: Dayaco Prime, a leading provider of automotive and industrial solutions, is seeking a proactive and experienced Branch Manager to oversee our operations in the UAE. The Branch Manager will lead a dedicated team, drive sales growth, ensure operational efficiency, and deliver exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership and Team Management:
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the branch team to achieve sales targets and operational objectives.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and facilitate training programs to develop team members.
  1. Sales and Business Development:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Identify new business opportunities, cultivate relationships with key clients, and negotiate contracts to secure sales.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
  1. Operational Excellence:
  • Oversee day-to-day branch operations, including inventory management, logistics, and customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize resource utilization.
  1. Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Proactively seek feedback from customers to identify opportunities for service improvement and product enhancement.
  1. Financial Management:
  • Manage branch budget and expenses, monitoring financial performance against targets and KPIs.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and operational metrics to make informed decisions and drive profitability.
  • Prepare regular financial reports and forecasts for senior management review.


Contract Details:

  • Working Days: 5 days per week
  • Work Location: Onsite, not remote
  • Contract Duration: 2 years, subject to performance evaluation
  • Visa Sponsorship: Provided by the company
  • Probation Period: 3 months, extendable if necessary
  • Annual Leave: 30 calendar days per annum
  • WPS (Wage Protection System) will be provided.
  • UAE driving license and fluency in English; Arabic language proficiency is a plus.

Skills

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management, sales leadership, or related roles, preferably in the automotive or industrial sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth, and managing operational performance.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve excellence.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Sound understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and P&L management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
  • UAE driving license and fluency in English; Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
