Main mission

Administrative Tasks

• Project Management: Overseeing the implementation and maintenance of SAP ERP systems, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and timeline management
• Team Management: Leading a team of SAP consultants, administrators, and developers responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of SAP ERP systems
• Vendor Management: Managing relationships with SAP and other third-party vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of products and services
• Training and Development: Developing training programs and materials for end-users and IT staff to ensure effective utilization of SAP ERP systems and continuous skill development
• Budget Management: Developing and managing budgets for SAP ERP projects, including software licensing, infrastructure costs, consulting fees, and training expenses
• Compliance and Security: Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, as well as implementing security measures to protect sensitive data stored in SAP ERP systems
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining documentation of SAP ERP configurations, processes, and procedures, as well as generating reports on system performance, usage, and compliance
• Change Management: Implementing change management processes to minimize disruptions and ensure smooth transitions during SAP ERP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements

• Content Creation: Developing marketing collateral, such as whitepapers, blog posts, and videos, to educate potential customers about the benefits of SAP ERP solutions and demonstrate the organization's expertise in SAP technology
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Managing relationships with existing SAP ERP customers, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
• Lead Generation: Generating leads and prospects through targeted marketing campaigns, digital advertising, and networking events to expand the organization's customer base for SAP ERP solutions
