Business Alliance HR is recruiting a Project Coordinator for an EdTech (Education & Technology) Company in Amman, Jordan.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage project activities, resources, and timelines.
- Develop project plans with well-defined tasks and clear timeframes to achieve project objectives.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, define project scope, and set expectations.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal teams to allocate resources and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of the program platform.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients through phone, email, or in-person meetings to provide updates and progress reports.
- Organize and coordinate training sessions, orientations, and project-related events.
- Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including reports, presentations, and budgets.
- Track project progress, resolve challenges, and ensure quality standards are met.
- Implement quality assurance tests to maintain high standards of delivery.
