The Business Advisor will be responsible for:

  • Conducting field visits to MSMEs through West Bank, to assess the technical assistance needed to help MSMEs understand the financial performance of their businesses;
  • Assist MSMEs to select the most appropriate accounting software/bookkeeping tool for their business.
  • Support to MSMEs to use efficiently proposed accounting software/bookkeeping tool, from the set up of appropriate bookkeeping tool to efficiently use all needed features of it, through review and explain financial reports to MSMEs to help them on achieving their strategic objectives and financial planning.
  • Visit the MSMEs, on a quarterly basis, to follow up on them and provide and Technical assistance needed.
  • Contact and coordinate with ecosystem partners to market Tamweeli Services and create pipeline to benefit from those services
  • Arrange, coordinate and conduct training sessions for MSMEs in financial literacy and other related topics.
  • Submit timely and accurate periodic reports to Senior Management.

Qualifications: University degree with Accounting background; 3-5 years of experience in financial technical assistance to MSMEs; Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and financial analysis, Proven expertise in using local accounting software. Ability to manage and conduct training workshops in financial literacy is a plus Knowledge of the key players of business developments services providers is a plus Excellent Microsoft Office skills particularly in Excel; Strong teamwork, written and verbal communication skills; and Good writing and reporting skill in English.
