Forklift Sales representative/ Engineer

  • Promote and sell forklift products and related services to both existing and potential customers.
  • Prepare and follow up on technical and commercial proposals to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide technical advice and tailored solutions based on customer needs.
  • Explain the advantages, specifications, and compatibility of forklifts with client requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct regular field visits to understand market demands and maintain customer engagement.
  • Study market trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Monitor competitors and provide periodic reports on their performance and pricing.
  • Collaborate with technical service teams to ensure proper installation and maintenance of products.
  • Coordinate with the procurement department to meet specific customer requirements.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and future expectations.
  • Track progress toward achieving sales goals set by management.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field). Previous experience in industrial equipment sales, preferably in forklifts at least 2 years. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. Proficiency in using software such as MS Office and CRM tools. Strong analytical and strategic skills to understand customer needs and market dynamics. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
