BCI is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and efficiently. The role involves coordinating team efforts, tracking progress, managing documentation, and fostering clear communication among all stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Main responsibilities:
- Assist in project planning and scheduling.
- Coordinate and monitor project activities to ensure timely completion.
- Communicate with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Maintain project documentation and prepare status reports.
- Identify and resolve issues that may arise during project execution.
- Maintain and record all meeting minutes.
- Coordinate for project trainings, workshops,...etc.
- Facilitate team meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and document action items.
- Maintain relationships and communication with project stakeholders.
- Coordinate with the project and cross functional teams for project activities.
- Coordinate and monitor daily project activities to ensure alignment with goals and deadlines.
- Support post-project evaluation and the creation of best practices for future initiatives
Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field.
1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in both spoken and written English is required.
Proven experience in project coordination or similar roles.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and software is preferable.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficient with Microsoft office suit.
