A private company in Ramallah has an opening for a Digital Marketing and Social Media Specialist position

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing and Social Media Specialist to join our team. 

This role involves maintaining and monitoring all technical digital aspects to enhance the organization's online presence and engagement. 

Responsibilities include designing and implementing content strategies for the website and social media; utilizing web analytics and social listening tools for performance optimization and sentiment analysis; and staying current with digital marketing trends.

 The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing, content creation, and analytics. Additionally, the role involves managing budgets, planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase conversions, as well as developing and training on response and feedback management mechanisms.

 

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement content strategies for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email marketing.

• Set up and manage social listening and sentiment analysis tools.

• Prepare strategies to build and nurture online communities across various platforms.

• Ensure content is consistent with our company's brand voice, style, and tone.

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with different departments, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising campaigns.

• Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).

• Use web analytics tools to monitor and evaluate social media and digital marketing performance.

• Analyze data and generate insights to optimize content and campaigns.

• Keep up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.

• Advise on, manage, and monitor budgets and spending for social media and digital marketing initiatives.

• Ensure effective allocation and optimization of resources.

• Develop, execute, and train staff and volunteers on social media strategies to capture content and increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.

• Create, curate, manage, and advise on published content (images, video, reels, stories, static posts, and written content) internally and with third-party service providers.

• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives to stakeholders.

• Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage social media interactions.

• Identify and collaborate with influencers, affiliates, and other brand advocates to enhance brand visibility.
