Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.


Responsibilities


  • Greet and welcome visitors via phone and video chat
  • Answer and direct telephone calls
  • Manage email and mail correspondence
  • Schedule appointments and meetings
  • Maintain calendars and databases
  • Provide administrative support to staff
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail
  • Bilingual in English and another language is a plus
