Job Purpose:
To participate in the implementation of the EED daily operations activities. Also, to assist in the development and training of horses and students
Key Result Areas:
- Assist in the design and development of the lessons scheduling
- Assist in the design and development of workshops, clinics, and competitions
- Assist in the allocation of horses to lessons' schedules as needed
- Assist in the allocation of arenas to lessons' schedules as needed
- Participate in the EEO horses training and development
- Participate in the daily lesson’s instructions
- Coach and guide students
- Participate in the implementation of EEO workshops, clinics, competitions, and any other events
- Participate in the periodical students' performance evaluation
- Ensure the proper use of instructing materials, tools, and equipment
- Ensure that students are presentable and comply with the safe and professional dress code
- Ensure compliance with all QF and Al Shaqab safety requirements
- Ensure proper compliance with and implementation of policies and procedures to achieve efficiency and effectiveness of operations
- Other reasonable tasks as assigned by supervisor
Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Trainer B FN (German National Equestrian Federation) / BHSII (British Horse Society Intermediate Instructor)/ International Level 2 General or equivalent certifications
- 2 - 5 years of relevant full-time work experience in similar equine education institute
- Competition record in medium classes
- Excellent interpersonal skills and good coaching skills
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural and multi-ethnic groups
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft and edit a variety of written reports and communications and to articulate ideas clearly and concisely; Arabic proficiency is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
