Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Crystel.co in the Riyadh Region. The Customer Service Representative will handle day-to-day tasks related to customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering a positive customer experience.

- Customer Service and Customer Experience expertise
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to problem solve and empathize with customers
- Prior experience in customer service roles
- Knowledge of CRM systems and tools

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
