About The Role

We are looking for talented, self-directed quality assurance engineers who can join our QA department and help us ensure that our software meets the highest performance, reliability, and security standards. You will work closely with our development team to test our software across various platforms and environments, identify and report issues, and suggest improvements. You will also collaborate with our customers, providing them with technical support and feedback.

• Test software products and services across various platforms and technologies.
• Identify, document, and report software defects and issues.
• Suggest solutions and improvements to identified problems.
• Collaborate with software developers and other stakeholders to ensure quality standards and customer expectations are met.
• Stay updated with new testing tools and best practices.
  
  

What We Look For

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in quality assurance, software testing, or a similar role.
• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies.
• Ability to design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases and scripts.
• The candidates must be able to express themselves verbally and in writing in English. Please note that all phone and in-person interviews will be conducted in English.
• Ability to use testing tools and frameworks like Selenium, Cucumber, JMeter, Load Runner, Postman, etc.
• Experience with bug tracking and reporting tools like Jira, Bugzilla, etc.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with Mobile APPS and web App testing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams, documenting quality procedures, and presenting findings.
  
  

As part of this position, the successful applicant must be available to attend meetings with Account Managers and/or Clients at times that fall within the Pacific Standard Time (PST) and Eastern Standard Time (EST) time zones.
