We are looking for dynamic sales agents who are willing to start their career in the Real Estate sector.

Candidate Profile
• A minimum of Bac II or equivalent.
• Fair Knowledge of English.
• People oriented, outgoing, PR, communication skills, and strong networking skills.
• Motorized with a driving license.
• Presentable and confident in face-to-face meetings
• Able to build a safe environment and a trust relationship with clients
• Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales

Main tasks and responsibilities
• Prospect for potential properties.
• Build strong client relationships.
• Conduct client showing sessions.
• Negotiate and close deals.
• Log and report all activities.
• Ensure to resolve customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Keep yourself up to date on the best practices and competitors

About the job
Commercial real estate agents are similar to residential agents, but they work in the commercial sector of the real estate industry. So, instead of houses, commercial real estate agents rent and sell properties to businesses mainly office spaces.
This job position is a Contractual/ Freelance position, based on Commission-only, with a competitive commission structure. So, agents make a percentage of the amount of real estate property in the transaction. Meaning, agents who find more leads and close more deals make more money
