On behalf of our client, who is in F&B industry, we are currently seeking a qualified Maintenance Supervisor/Manager to join the dynamic team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to identify potential maintenance issues and recommend necessary repairs.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure the smooth functioning of our operations.
- Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and contractors for maintenance and repair work.
- Oversee projects related to facility upgrades and renovations.
- Ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist in day-to-day equipment maintenance tasks as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper storage of maintenance supplies and equipment.
- Conduct follow-up checks on completed maintenance and repair work to ensure quality and satisfaction.
Skills
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a maintenance supervisor in the Food & Beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and maintenance practices relevant to F&B establishments.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in using computer software such as email, MS Office, and related communication tools.
- Possession of a valid driving license and access to own transportation.
