Our consumer faced representatives have a direct impact on our mission of introducing our products to our customers. They’re at the forefront of our consumer journey that It’s an energized, exciting, engaging experience.

We are looking for sales experts that can shape the customer journey, from acquisition and conversion through to loyalty and help grow our business.

Responsibilities

  1. Knowledge- Ensure excellent product knowledge by familiarizing yourself with the company’s vision and products.
  2. Sales - Transition from offering product knowledge to sales to consumers
  3. Adhere to KPIs and targets
  4. Upselling & Cross selling skills.
  5. Product Trial - Encourage product trials for consumers by conducting a guided trial taking them through each step of the consumption journey.
  6. Understand objections and pain points to and handle them with the right product feature and benefit
  7. Ensure the correct techniques are applied to give the consumer the best experience.
  8. Keeping up to date will all global talking points.
  9. Consumer Profiling - Familiarize yourself with your consumer in order to uncover the consumer’s needs, lifestyle and pain points.
  10. Based on your understanding of the consumer, present the relevant benefits to ensure that the product resonates and is relevant to their needs.
  11. Customer Care- Understand the customer care process to equip the consumer with the relevant knowledge and contact details when they require assistance post purchase.

Required Qualifications:

  1. College Degree
  2. 2+ years’ experience in retail, sales, customer service or related fields including upscale or luxury brand products and services.
  3. Proven track of results achievement (KPIs)
