As a Solar Energy Site & Design Engineer, you will play a key role in the development, design, and implementation of solar energy projects. You will be responsible for assessing site feasibility, designing solar PV systems, and ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:1-     Site Assessment:·       Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate the feasibility of solar energy projects.·       Analyze factors such as solar resource availability, shading, terrain, and site constraints to determine optimal locations for solar PV installations.2-     System Design:·       Develop detailed designs for solar PV systems, including layout, sizing, and configuration of solar panels, inverters, mounting structures, and balance of system components.·       Ensure that designs comply with industry standards, local regulations, and customer requirements.·       Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, PVsyst, and PV Sol for design and simulation.3-    Project Management Support:·       Provide technical support and expertise to project managers, construction teams, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.·       Assist in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination to ensure successful project execution.4-     Quality Assurance and Compliance:·       Conduct quality assurance checks and inspections to verify that solar PV installations meet design specifications and industry standards.·       Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and permitting requirements.Qualifications:·       Bachelor's degree in engineering, renewable energy, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification is a plus.·       Previous experience in solar energy project development, site assessment, and system design.·       Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, PVsyst, Helioscope, or similar tools.·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.·       Knowledge of solar energy technologies, electrical systems, and construction practices.·       Familiarity with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.
