Pre-Sales and Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:

  1. Pre-Sales Support:
    • Assist the sales team with lead generation, prospect research, and preparation of sales materials.
    • Coordinate meetings and presentations with potential clients, both in person and virtually.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information on products or services.
    • Maintain CRM system, update customer records, and track sales activities.
  2. Administrative Duties:
    • Manage office correspondence, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling mail.
    • Prepare and distribute internal communications, reports, and presentations.
  3. Data Management:
    • Organize and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other sales-related documents.
    • Compile and analyze sales data to generate reports and identify trends or opportunities.
  4. Customer Service:
    • Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.
    • Follow up with customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred.Prior experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles is an asset.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
