- Reviewing, Evaluating and verifying loan applications submitted by Loan Officers & Digital Finance Teams and requesting additional information as necessary
- Working closely with loan officers & Digital Finance and assisting them in verifying the accuracy of loan applications
- Reviewing and verifying income statements, tax returns and other financial documents presented by clients and prospects to develop a borrower’s profile and arrive at a credit recommendation
- Verifying the information from application form by phone call to the potential customer or via field visits to the customer’s business premises
- Ensure, compliance with credit risk policies, standards, procedures and other internal regulations in lending operations and decisions taken
- Guarantee the confidentiality of processed information, for both clients and institution
- Identify and report suspicious transactions and decisions to management
- Evaluate the applications of loan officers and digital finance in their ability to conduct proper financial analysis of potential clients
- Generate and analyze all necessary reports (I-score, Fawry Score,…) to check the customer’s credit history and business performance
