- Process engineers are responsible for designing and improving industrial processes to maximize efficiency and productivity while minimizing waste and costs
- Troubleshoot molding processes and material or equipment issues.
- Set injection molding process parameters to ensure the product meets dimensional and quality requirements.
- Provide technical assistance to injection molding technicians and operators. Maintain employee performance review, training, development, and disciplinary programs.
- Use Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other techniques to analyze process data to determine capabilities as well as improvements.
- Assure compliance with all injection molding area-related procedures, policies, and work instructions.
- Responsible for Quality Improvement Activities
- Responsible for ERP and MES usage as per the required module.
- Responsible for preparation and upgradation of SOP
- coordination with assembly line, Printing line
Experience in home appliances and plastic injection machines is Must.Solid Experience to deal with and resetting injection machines is must.Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.Proven experience in injection molding processes, and plastic materials.Strong knowledge of CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead projects.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with quality standards and regulations in the plastic industry.
