Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Basic understanding of accounting principles and concepts.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Good verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational and time management skills.Prior accounting internship or related experience is a plus.
