We're looking for a motivated Sales Specialist to join our team and play a key role in driving sales growth. In this role, you'll be responsible for prospecting for new leads, qualifying leads, and converting them into paying customers. The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing agency operations.
- Executing the full sales cycle to ensure the efficiency of our sales operations.
- Leading the cross-selling and upselling to increase profit margins.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Manages difficult customer situations responding promptly to the needs of the customer resolving issues in the most effective manner while maximizing customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive, friendly and transparent relationship with all providers
- Communicates in a professional manner with clarity using good verbal and written communication skills at all times.
- Provide product information and answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, and product uses.
