A manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to oversee operations in the manufacturing and industrial field. The Plant Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the plant's operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to safety regulations. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategies to optimize plant operations and improve production efficiency.
2. Manage and supervise all plant personnel, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
3. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement measures to maintain a safe working environment.
4. Oversee the production schedule and ensure timely completion of orders while maintaining quality standards.
5. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate production activities and resolve any issues that may arise.
6. Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
7. Manage the plant budget and control costs to maximize profitability.
8. Implement and maintain efficient inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resources.
9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, and incorporate new technologies and processes into plant operations.
10. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence and increase productivity.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Plant Manager or in a similar role in the manufacturing or industrial field.
2. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management, Manufacturing, or a related field.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
5. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and experience implementing process improvement initiatives.
6. Proficient in using manufacturing software and tools.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
9. Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
10. Experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with different departments.
11. Living in Great Beirut, Keserwan, or Jbeil
