Mr. Tailor is Egypt’s largest Clothing Alterations franchise with over 20 stores located in high streets across Egypt. We specialize in clothing alterations and repairs, with selected branches providing dressmaking.
We are currently looking for branch managers for our stores across Cairo.
This is a fast paced and diverse role which would suit someone with either a retail fashion background or that has studied fashion and held some other management role.
- Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs
- Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation
- Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company
- Follow the General Manager's daily instructions.
- Supervise & Manage about 8-15 employees and workers in-store to make sure they are following their job descriptions.
- Meet goals and metrics
- Manage the branch's operation.
- Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
- Handle customer needs and complaints.
- Handle any financial transactions.
- Coordinate staff issues.
- Follow the company policies in-store & send daily reports to the administration.
- Manage customer satisfaction
Proven branch management experience, as a Bank Manager or similar roleAbility to meet sales targets and production goalsFamiliarity with industry’s rules and regulationsMaximum age 36 years old.Good command of English and computer skills.Able to execute the company policies in-store & prepare daily reports to the administration.Experience in-store management is a plus.Good communication skills to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.Well organizedMust have a high level of customer careAn understanding of fashion including trends and patterns is a plus.
