About the Role :-

We are looking for a sales manager who is motivated, goal oriented with a positive personality, excellent teamwork skills, ability to learn and self-develop at a fast pace. The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration for our biomedical products.  He will lead the sales team, identify new business opportunities, work and foster relationships with key customers and stakeholders. he candidate will work closely with doctors and engineers in the sales of medical devices and instruments through promoting company products.

Responsibilities :-

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plan to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure performance excellence.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market segments for biomedical products, including expansion into new territories.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, healthcare providers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business goals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development efforts.
  • Prepare and present sales forecast, reports, and performance metrics to senior management on regular basis.

  • Develop and manage sales budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to optimize sales performance and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies and industry standard in all sales activities.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, technological advancements, and best practices in biomedical sales and management.

Requirements :-

  • BSc degree in engineering or any adequate field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management in the biomedical and medical industry.  
  • Knowledge in sales and marketing of Cath lab related devices and consumables will be an added value.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth, and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong leadership, team player with excellent networking, communication and presentation skills
  • Deep understanding of sales principals, market dynamics, and customer needs in the biomedical sector.
  • Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and decision making abilities.
  • Outgoing, persuasive and self-motivated personality
  • Excellent language skills in both English and Arabic with good reporting skills.
  • Ability to travel in the West Bank and to attend trainings and conferences as needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office.
