Junior Purchaser (Saudi National)

Duration of Contract: 6 months (with potential to extend or become a permanent employee subject to performance)

Work Location: Dhahran, KSA (Eastern Region).

Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday 8am to 4pm

Industry: Oil & Gas, manufacturing

Estimated Pay: SAR 7K to 9K per month + Medical Insurance + Gosi (as applicable)

Required Profile:

0-2 years of relevant experience or a strong interest in purchasing/supply chain
Basic understanding of purchasing or supply chain principles through education or training
Familiarity with ERP systems is an asset (e.g. MS Dynamics, SAP, Oracle)
Willingness to learn how to read technical drawings
Knowledge of oil tool equipment, machining of parts, and sourcing machined parts is an advantage
Experience in Raw Materials procurement is an advantage

Some Key Tasks:
Assist in preparing and issuing purchase orders under the guidance of senior team members
Help collect and compare supplier quotes
Enter and maintain vendor and item data in the ERP system
Track and follow up on orders, updating the system with any changes
Support the team in expediting and resolving order issues
