Education: Bachelor's degree

Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, law, or related field is required. Master’s degree preferred. Minimum five years of related experience building capacity of public entities required and preferably directly with the AGO office. Experience providing technical support under U.S. State Department funded projects preferred. Familiarity and experience working in the West Bank required. Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs including Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required. Strong adaptability, communication, proactive problem-solving, service-oriented, and interpersonal skills required. Ability to work effectively and harmoniously under pressure in a stressful environment and with colleagues from different cultural and professional backgrounds required. Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English required.
