Required Skills and Experience EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND Essential  : University degree or Diploma in Computer sciences, Computer engineering, or related field PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE Essential: At least 5 years of progressive experience in operation of computers, hardware maintenance/ trouble shooting and software support. Desirable: Relevant experience in the UN system. LANGUAGE SKILLS Fluent in English and Arabic. Knowledge of another WHO official language is an asset.
