Corinthia Hotel Tripoli is recruiting a Learning & Development Executiveto join our team in Libya
Key Aspects of your role will be:
· To be responsible for training and development activities, including the implementation of all corporate related training programmes
· To identify training needs, development and succession planning with Department s
· Coaching and mentoring on-the-job trainers and management of their departmental training responsibilities
· Responsible for monitoring quality and brand standards ensuring that the operation conforms to the ultimate levels
· To highlight key areas for improvements through regular internal audits and to devise corrective action plans with Department s
· Disseminate monthly Customer Feedback and take action where necessary to ensure the business achieve the annual targets and ultimately maintain Customer Loyalty and Satisfaction.
Ideally you will:
· Be able to work independently and as a team, and be able to interact with confidence and ease at all levels
· Have excellent communication and co-ordination skills in both English and Arabic
· Display a creative approach towards training delivery
· Have a keen eye for detail
· 2 years + experience in similar role
· Have a proven track record in training delivery
· Have strong operational knowledge within the hospitality industry
· Have previous experience in people development programmes at all levels
· Be able to develop in-house Training Programmes
· Be fluent in English and Arabic (verbal and written)
· Be organised, meticulous and highly motivated
