Job Summary

We are looking for performance-oriented, innovative team members who understand the importance of collaboration and customer focus. This internship opportunity offers candidates either working towards their Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering exposure to assignments within the HVAC industry or build experience post-graduation in a global setting. During the internship, you will have access to sales ad application teams, leaders, and have opportunities to network throughout the company.

Responsibilities:

·  You will support and eventually learn to make selection and quotation of products and solutions matching customers’ expectations, using company software and tools

·  During your time in the internship program, you will be expected to demonstrate the following:

o  Zeal for new information, knowledge, and experiences; regularly seeking and capitalizing on learning opportunities; quickly assimilating and applying new information

o  Collaborate with others to foster effective teamwork by linking own responsibilities to the team’s goals and needs

o  Rapidly resolve problems to maximize customer satisfaction

o  Establish courses of action for self and others to ensure work is completed efficiently, such as, prioritizing tasks based on importance

Requirements to apply

Qualifications

• Exhibiting passion and interest on developing and expanding knowledge on HVAC systems
• Pursuing a BS/BA Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with a cumulative overall GPA at 3.0 or above; should be either in last year of mechanical engineering or already graduate for the same
• Minimum Work Experience: Junior year status – completed at least one previous internship or relevant work experience
• Demonstrated leadership skills (minimum of one example in the last four years such as school club officer, sports team captain, resident advisor, etc. or exceptional guidance of work projects)
