About Us
Benchmark Engine announces the establishment of an interior design, decoration, and landscaping firm.

• Workplace: Nablus / Al-Akademiyah
• Compensation: Share of profits (no fixed salary)

• Periodic reporting with photos, observations, and any deviations in time or cost
• Accepting work and preparing snag lists before handover
• Contributing to building and growing the firm
Requirements
• Field experience in supervision and execution (at least 3 years)
• Strong ability to read plans and execution details
• For architects: Ability to design alongside supervision is an additional advantage
• Firmness in dealing with contractors and negotiation skills
• Freedom of movement and frequent presence at project sites
• Commitment and reliability; results are more important than degrees
