  4. Key Responsibilities

    • Operate and monitor beverage production and bottling lines.
    • Monitor the performance of machinery and equipment and ensure their efficient operation.
    • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for equipment and production lines.
    • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system faults and contribute to their resolution.
    • Program and adjust control systems (PLC and HMI) when necessary and improve equipment performance.
    • Participate in projects to develop and improve production efficiency and reduce downtime and waste.
    • Follow industrial safety and quality procedures within the factory.
    • Prepare technical reports regarding faults, maintenance, and equipment performance.
    • Coordinate with production, quality, and warehouse departments to ensure operational continuity.

    • Good knowledge of PLC and HMI systems.
    • Understanding of control systems, motors, and sensors used in production lines.
    • Ability to read electrical and mechanical diagrams.
    • Knowledge of industrial maintenance and troubleshooting.
    • Ability to work under pressure and in an industrial environment.
