Responsibilities
- Manage financial operations and daily journals accurately and efficiently
- Monitor stock movement, track expiration dates, and the payment system
- Prepare sales invoices and follow up on collections with hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies
- Manage customer and supplier accounts and perform financial reconciliations
- Prepare periodic financial reports to support decision making
Requirements and conditions
- Relevant university degree in accounting or finance
- Prior experience preferred, ideally in the medical or pharmaceutical sector
- Professional use of accounting software and office software programs
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous handling of numbers
