Position: Project Officer (Medical Teams)

Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) is a leading UK charity dedicated to improving the health and dignity of Palestinians affected by conflict, occupation, and displacement. We are seeking a Project Officer to support Emergency Medical Team (EMT) and Medical Team (MT) project development, monitoring, and reporting while ensuring compliance with organizational and donor requirements. Responsibilities include analyzing health data, engaging with stakeholders, overseeing deployments, and documenting key achievements. It also involves supervising support staff, coordinating logistics, and facilitating resource management. Additionally, the role includes outreach activities such as impact storytelling, fundraising support, and representing MAP in meetings and emergency interventions.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with relevant qualifications or experience. A medical degree with a valid license is preferred. They must have experience in project cycle management, M&E frameworks, stakeholder engagement, and data collection, particularly in the medical field. Essential skills include budget management, financial reporting, planning, and proficiency in English, Arabic, and MS Office.
