Receive and inspect incoming materials for quality and accuracy.
Ensure materials are stored in the appropriate locations and labeled correctly.
Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts as needed.
· Support Site Material Manager in Logistics issues
· Prepare material incoming, issues and returns, incl. related information and forms
· Record materials movements in the materials management software LMS
· Operate the materials management system LMS
· Manage and evaluate material certificates to ensure material correctness and traceability
· Establish a material certificate administration and handle it.
· Handling of all materials related documentations
· Support the Site Materials Manager in performing inventories
· Initiate preservation activity for materials in the storage areas and site.
· Ensure material preservation activities are conducted, updated and logged.
· Ensure material preservation program is populated with correct data.
· Deputize for the Site Materials Manager
Any other tasks that are assigned by Line Manager / Site Manager / Management
