Ensure compliance with export laws and regulationsPrepare and file export documentation, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, and customs declarationsCoordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and other logistics providers to arrange shipment of goodsNegotiate shipping rates and contracts with carriersMonitor shipment progress and resolve any issues that may arise, such as delays, damages, or missing itemsCommunicate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure all parties are updated on shipment statusProvide guidance on export regulations and requirements to internal teamsRequirementsBachelors Degree in International Business, Economics, or related field 3+ years of export experience. excellent English. has previous experience in food manufacturing. Ability to use data analysis tools to interpret and report on export data. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
