- Carries out system studies to make sure mechanical equipment is integrated into systems for design purpose.
- Creates and reviews mechanical specifications for machinery necessary for job execution.
- Make sure the projects comply with client’s authorized basis of design and all applicable regularity and core requirements.
- Attend relevant meetings, create project reports, and adhere to the necessary inspection processes.
- Help mentor the team of mechanical engineers’ younger employees.
- Working with other experts to meet deadlines, using CAD software to create detailed designs, ensuring all projects stay within set budgets and timelines, and creating reports for the board of directors.
- Coordination with applicable codes and ensure that all follow the applicable design standards and specifications to obtain approval on design projects.
- After final approval, provides final specifications the project detail group, including equipment specs, and any other relevant information for carrying out the acquisition of the necessary equipment.
- Perform any additional tasks as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.Minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical design and engineering.Experience in managing a team of 4+ Mechanical engineers.Experienced in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, HAP, Microsoft office and in using any other PC software programs used in engineering.Excellent Verbal and written communication abilities (English Language is Essential).Knowledge on KSA codes, specifications, and design guidelines
