Job Purpose

Develops, creates, and executes marketing plans and strategies for all EVA Cosmetics product lines and oversees a wide array of business functions including branding, communication channels, product development, online and offline promotions, and market research to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and maintain customer loyalty.


Plans, implements and monitors strategic marketing plans and programs to support EVA Cosmetics product lines within the region based on in-depth market analysis.Manages, develops, and implements consumer, brand, and trade marketing activities to generate awareness, trail and build loyalty, and expand distribution for our brands.Plans, develops and executes integrated consumer and trade programs (packaging, point-of-sale materials, consumer, pricing strategy, product positioning, and trade promotions) in coordination with brand strategy and sales teams to ensure competitive market share.Draws up an annual marketing budget and sales forecast in close coordination with the Marketing department and Sales teams to limit expenses.Manages budgets effectively to maximize the return on investment (ROI) and avoid overspending.Proposes and maintains the approval from senior management to deliver innovation programs including the extension of the current brand portfolio into new variants/sizes and entry into new appropriate segments.Manages and customizes all Above the Line (ATL) and Below the Line (BTL) activities to be aligned with brand strategy, objectives, and customer needs within the country.Analyzes program performance and effectiveness to develop post-implementation audit reports on all marketing initiatives.
