We are looking for an HR Director to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate should architect our human capital strategy and cultivate a culture of excellence.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and implement overarching HR strategies that support the company's business goals and promote its culture and vision.
- Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the company attracts, hires, and retains the best talent.
- Develop and monitor HR KPIs, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategies.
- Lead performance management processes, ensuring alignment with company objectives and promoting a culture of feedback and continuous improvement.
- Design and implement training and development programs to ensure employee growth and alignment with company needs.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
- Collaborate with the executive team to understand the company's goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Skills
- Bachelors or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR role within the tech or retail sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to manage HR functions including talent acquisition, training, performance management, and compensation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret HR metrics.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders.
