Yamsafer is a rapidly-growing hotel and flight booking platform. We enable travelers to easily find and book flight tickets and hotels in any destination of their choice as we combine website, mobile app and call center booking methods in our service delivery.
In 2012, Yamsafer became the first Palestinian company to secure Venture Capital with a  $1M USD seed round. The company has raised more than $10M in venture capital to date from global investors such as Global Founders Capital. 
In May - 2015 we launched Yamsafer mobile application for IOS and Android users, enabling travelers to book accommodation on the go. Yamsafer App offers an exclusive "Free Call"​ feature that allows users to contact our support team directly 24/7. The app also offers a free chat tool with our customer engagement team for smoother communication.
Yamsafer provides unique payment methods such as cardless bookings — where the customer is required to make payment at the hotel, and a payment by credit card option too.
In November - 2016 Yamsafer became the official sponsor of the top rated talent show “Arab Idol” on MBC which increased recognition of the brand as the leading hotel & flight booking platform in the Middle East. In 2017, Yamsafer launched an exclusive hot deals feature offering customers with a wide range of exclusive discounts and promos that are not available on any other travel app.
